How about a little more info.....milage, tranny, maintainence, etc.
I can get you there.
We have the technology.
You can be a force to reckon with.
What I do in 12, they can't do in 24. And it makes them sad sometimes.
Good luck with your ride.

Sorry about that...The truck has 130k on it, Automatic tranny, and 4 wd...What would I be looking at for a power increase with a muffler swap, or should I do the whole exhaust?? Thanks guys,

There's only one way to achieve more power. That's more air and fuel...lol.
Your factory turbo (Holset HX35) is limited in performance. You can get some HP gains by changing the fuel plate, kickin the AFC up a few notches, adding aperformance filter. (I actually have a brand new K&N filter that would fit your truck. PM if you're interested.)
Now when you add fuel, you inherit high heat with that as well. Large amounts of exhaust and that HX35 will keep your egt's right up there.
Our engines are 100 mechanical. You can change delivery valves in the P7100, add Bosch marine injectors, and advance the timing 1/2 -1 degree. Again, you will be adding heat. Knowing how to deal with that heat is what makes a good diesel runner.....lol. Gauges help monitor everything.
Like I said, start with an aftermarket air filter. You won't see staggering increases but you would notice a small difference in engine performance.
It all depends on how much scratch you wanna spend.
Good luck with your ride.
