I installed my edge with juice last friday and it kicked on a MAP sensor code but I figured it was because I started my truck up with it unhooked to clear out the manifold after I drilled it. But the damned light came back on tonight. Luckly I was by an Autozone and they let me clear it since I wasnt at work and didn't have the scanner handy

 

If the truck doesn't sense the problem the light will not come back. You had the MAP sensor unplug and threw the light because it sense something wrong. As soon as you plugged it back ineverything is ok and you just needed to clear the check engine light.

 

So what do you need help with?

 

it keeps coming back on though is my problem and was wondering if anyone has ran into this before

 

after 5 full starts if the light doesnt go away then you may have an issue.

is your truck running like it should or does it feel like it is defueling???

 

it runs good when the light came on it kind of stumbled but then it has been working fine ever since then. It just bothers me that it is the second time in less thena week that it came on.

 

if it is running fine right now you may not have an issue. give it some time to clear out on its own.

 

i went on a road trip this weekend and soon as i hit the highway i kicked on a p2146 & p2149 then it gets worse my truck just died.the truck would not restart so i disconnected the edge and started right up should i sendit back to edge?

 

I would certainly at least call them.
