Default over heat

can some one tell me where the t-stat is on my 2500. I just got a new 5th wheel and started to drive it home when the temp guage went to 240 which means it was peged. The strange think is my EGT never went above 10. What do I need to fix this. I have a banks big hoss 75 bhp injectors and a fass 150/95 and 4inc exhaust. am I over fueling?

I'm guessing you just follow the top hose to find your t-stat.

Checkt'stat and flush system ect. If you have an auto trans, have it checked out. I had an old gasser truck that had an auto, it kept overheating on me while towing. I replaced t'stat twice, flushed system twice, replaced the radiator with a huge monster Griffin performance truck rad, nothing helped it. I finally figured out it was the tranny slipping enough to case all that heat.
