Default clutch freaked out

here awhile back i lost my clutch......next day went to drive it to the shop got a couple miles and it went back to working.....worked fine ever since whats up with that??????????

I think you bought yourself some more time if you're not towing or using your truck hard. I'm not positive abotu the CTD clutches, but my expirence with other vehicles is that if you glaze the clutch then let it cool, it will start to gain grip back and work again. If it happens more often, I'd still replace it just to be safe. You may want to back down the power mods until you replace the clutch.

So you're saying just burn it up a little and then let it cool and it might work better? Mine just started slipping yesterday but I've just backed off as soon as it happened.
