Default Storing CTD

I will be leaving for a 6 month deployment in Iraq at the end of July. I would like to know what I should do to store the truck since it won't be driven at all.
I will have the wife start it up and let it idle for a while once a month or so, but she can't drive it since it's a manual trans. By the time I leave, it will be due for an oil change, should I do it before I go, or wait till I get back? Is a fuel stabilizer/anti gel necessary since I won't be back until February and the temps then usually get down to about 0 degrees that time of year?
I will make sure to fill the tank just before I leave to eliminate condensation in the tank.

change the oil before you go
oil builds up acids and othercontabinents (SP) as it is used.
fuel stabilzer is a good idea.
when she starts it haver run it at high idle for a minum of 15 min 30 would be better you want the engine and oil to come up to full temp befor shuting it off.

What kind of fuel stabilizer should I use? Lucas or Power Service in the white bottle?

I am a weapons loader/F-16 mechanic. Basically we load the bombs and guns that smoke the bad guys. Been doing it for 15 years now.
