RE: very extensive HD Pickup testing
I am looking forward to more of this but am not really impressed with what they have so far. They are putting different axle ratios togehter on competeing trucks and are testing gassers at onepoint and deisels at another, too much data all at one time. Good read though

If enough Dodge Ram owners asked
Chrysler would probably have an open field day for us
at their Proving Grounds.
Come to think of it
if enough Dodge Ram owners asked
Toyota, Nissan, Ford and GM
would have open field days for us
at their proving grounds
and the threat of this happening first
might just speed Chrysler along in the invitation.
In reading the HD Pickup shootout
I get the feeling that the engineers of all companies
had a good time watching these trials
and no small part of this was the fact that
the highly respected Ricardo Engineering company
was there to 'keep things honest'
