What is the pressure restrictor they are talking about? Summit's site used to say "Not for use with dodge diesel trucks" on all their autometer fuel pressure gauges. Weird.

 

I have no idea GFB. The only pieces that came with the fuel pressure gauge were the sensor ( restrictor ?? ) and the harness. Nothing in between.

Perhaps they are talking about their mechanical gauges? Just a guess since their instructions cover both gauge typeinstalls on one sheet.

 

....I'm just really glad that Mayfair didn't include a picture of when he ran outside in his underwear to check wires after Fronedaddy told him what to look for

 

LOL ... dude my neighbors give up trying to figure out what's going on over at my house. I was out back working on my gauges till about 3AM, and then the next morning I'm running out in my undies looking for a wire. About 3 hours later my friend who's a cop and was on duty comes rolling by.

LOL .. they don't even bother to question what's going on.
