Well with the horn it may be you have the deal where it honks if you have the door open and you are in gear. The windsheild wipers were just waving good morning.

Was your truck made from the metal of the crushed Christine?

My wife used to have a Plymouth mini van, strange electrical things started happening including the wipers going for no apparent reason. The fix was to replace the "clock spring" behind the steering wheel. It was a common problem for the vans, and it was a DC product.

Possibly a short? My buddy has an 03 dodge and when he hit bumps his lamp out would come on and off, so maybe it's the same thing with the horn? As for the wipers? could be the same thing or like NickBeek said a bad spring that is worn out causing slight vibration making it go off.
