Default Superlift kits?

Anyone have any experience or thoughts about superlift? I might have the opportunity to pick up a 6" lift for pretty cheap. A guy I play softball with has a buddy that has a new lift kit just sitting in his garage. He ended up selling the truck before he got a chance to put it on. It's been taking up space for quite a while now.

I don't know what kit it is or what's all included, but just wanted to get some thoughts before I talk to him.

From what Ive heard if you want a soft ride they are the way to go, I know they build a nice lift, the only negative thing I have heard is that they begin to sag in the rear fairly quick.

hmmmm....that's something good to know. I have (from the previous owner) air bags in back right now, I wonder if I would be able to keep them.

Thanks,

Anyone else get the feeling lately that Mayfair must have hijacked Drew's account?

I put a 6" F.I.T. on my previous truck (04 Chevy Crew Z-71) and was so impressed with it I bought the leveling kit for my new Ram. Great instructions, lots of pictures and they even tell you what bolt size you are removing and the torque spec is in parenthesis next to the installation step. Much better than my 01 Chevy with a Fabtech 6". Rode better, easier to align and didn't need the kicker bracing (F.I.T. system). The only problem I had was a few bolts were missing. Good luck!
