Default South Bend 3850

We just put a SBC dual disc 3850 in my 06 3500 yesterday. Did not have time to throw in the hyd .750 kit in but will in a couple days. The clutch lets out about a inche and a half from the floor. Not only that but its impossible to get it in the lower gears(R,1,2,3). And well the rest arent a hole lot better. I know its a big DD but i should at least be able to get it itto gear. Please help? What do you think I should do because i dont think that hyd .750 would it it go into gear better? I have only 300 (hard mile)mile on the new clutch.

The stock hydraulics arent strong enough to fully release that clutch. It'll be butter with that hydro kit.
