If you haven't spent time in Phoenix you have no idea how it is out there. these people are on every corner, every gas station, and every long red light. And it is also the same guy everyday. They don't want job and why would they people give them money because they are dirty and look like they need it. While I was out there a couple radiodj dressed as bums made over $200 each in one day just by sitting on a corner with signs.

NTBAA, but that sh** only broods more smog regs! Keep the smoke for the jokes, anyway most of america is 2 months away from the guy on the corner.
