one word for you man - - SALARY yeah it sucks the weeks I work 60+ hrs; but I make up for it on the weeks I work 25

I never did post the pics of the yosemite backpacking trip... been kinda swamped but here is one that i have to share... walked right by this guy last saturday morning... had the others in my group yelling at me "BEAR!!! BEAR!!!" stopped me dead in my tracks until I found where he was... we later found out the rangers call him Issah... they know him from our description.

 

Nice pic of the bear dude. The localstold me there where black bear whereme and the wifewere hiking at, I wanted to see one real bad but never did [:@].

 

the funny thing for me is I've been hiking in Yosemite for about 15 years off & on and have never seen 1 bear, this past trip... 3. 2 adults and a cub.

 

They said to watch out for the cubs, cause thats when the big ones will maul ya, haha!

huh... I didn't even notice the whip, I was just looking at those big A$$ stacks, haha .

 

Dont some bears actually hunt humans? I thought I heard that on Man vs. Wild.

 

sweet pictures man! im glad all these are posted so when ever i got some free time to take a ride out somewhere i can come here and get all the info i need. that kinda scenery is right up my alley!
