bought the 08 powerstroke twin turbo and i wanta see it loose to a cummins!
That wouldn't be hard to do at all. Those trucks are dogs for having twins. I went for a test drive with a friend that was going to buy one. It took a good while to get the turbos spooled. He ended up with a 3500 Duramax. He really should have listened to me about a Cummins cause his Dmax only has 5K on it and it's lost an injector... possibly a piston.

OK, with all the mods onmine with 37's, averaging 16 now, lots of traffic, lots of red light driving. 15k miles, so it is still breaking in I am sure. On highway, I can get up around 18 mpg.

are you hand calculating your mileage and compensating for tire size?

Absolutely. It is running 14% off.... that is what I had figured before getting the PMT which shows the corrected speed. Running on Performance, keeping it around 66-67 mph.

do you know if your getting LSD vs ULSD diesel? Here in CA we can only get the ULSD fuel and it sucks... I'm lucky to get 17's on the hiway with my setup on ULSD... when we had the switch take place, I lost easily 2 mpg.

edit: now if you tell me your in CA or running ULSD... [:@]man I'll really be pissed... and will start to wonder wtf?
