alright guys here is the deal.. I can get an edge juice with attitude, magnaflow 4 inch, and a stage 2 AFE, banks high ram, and banks waste gate....OR.....could get the complete fass fuel system and then go with what ever i have money for after that. I have 102,500 on the STOCK fuel system...changed the filter the other day and it was super clean! But I have never have my fuel presure checked yet!

My opinion is go with the FASS system. I know it's no where near as fun to get as the rest of the goodies, but from what I've heard, it's just a matter of time before it will need to be replaced anyways. If you know you'll have the funds when it does fail and are prepared for it, then I would say get all the goodies first. however, if you know it may be a year or so before the funds are available again, then I would take the preventative maintenance first.

Get the FASS, J/A, 4" exhaust and AFE. Then get the Banks stuff later. The first four will be your best bang for the buck.

forget about the high ram and watsegate ???... there's your FASS system. you won't gain much at all if anything with those two components.

I agree, it would suck to put all the fun stuff on just to not be able to enjoy it.

With the guys here that have it, you should have no problem doing it yourself. I'm sure they'd be happy to help. I'd say it shouldn't take anymore than a few hours to install if that. If you pay a shop... many charge $75 or more an hour !! they could turn it into a all day project.

You'll be alright with winter. Just be sure to use a good fuel additive and you won't see any gelling. You need to be using a lot anyway and It'd have to get real cold for a long time for it to gel. Although, this new fuel may gel easier ???

The way the weather has been ... we just might see a really cold winter this year. It hasn't been over 75F here in a couple weeks...not that I'm omplaining.

FASS took me about 4hrs to install. I fabbed up a bracket and mounted mine to the engine though. Would have gone a lot quiker if I had put it under the bed. Its a real simple install, heck mayfair did it
