Just got shook out of bed by a 4.5! First quake since moving to Cali, freaky ...

 

That what get for moving to the shaky side also known as "The Land of Fruites and Nuts"

 

I have been through my share of quakes including the Northridge quake. I remember I had to go to my father and grandfathers shop and clean up. tool boxes were tipped over and it was a mess. I was never really bothered by them, they come and go so fast. the aftershocks are like games to see how many you can feel. my wife hates them.

 

I'll bet she looked like a 10 last night with a dozen or so beers in ya huh?

 

After the quake it is "The Land of Mixed Fruits and Nuts"

My cousin and I were like 13 when the big bear and lancaster quakes hit, we had went out and bought a tent and sleeping bags to camp in the back yard with like a weeks worth of water and food the night before. It was so cool. Like half the water in the inground pool splashed out

 

Been through a little one in 1985 in San Diego, it was an interesting experience.

 

i live in NC and dont ever expect on feeling an earthquake!!!!
