Default 2001 dually

Is it possible to convert those drum brakes and install discs?
The question is, will the ABS still work?

In my case it's when I haul a lot of weight. The stock brakes are weak.
But maybe the exhaust brake would be better.

I wouldn't bother with a conversion. I got almost 100K on my stock drum brakes. You'd be better off spending the cash on an exhaust brake.
