i dont trust it. In my old truck it was saying i was getting 30 MPG in a 4.7L V8....not possible. That truck barley got 240 miles a tank.

RE: am i getting ****ty mileage?
My hand caculation is getting closer and closer to my overhead. I am about 1 mpg more on my overhead than by hand. I can't speak for everybody but I know thay by not hitting the reset button when the MPG display is up, it is doing a better job averaging fuel milage. I use to hit that button three or four timeand it made me feel realy good to see 28 mpg. But now that I haven't reset it on the last 4 trips to the station, it's getting more and moreaccurate. Just my .02

RE: am i getting ****ty mileage?
I was just thinking about this this morning when I filled up. I am gunna have to run a whole tank without hitting the reset on the fuel eco mode. I have kinda been using it as an instant gratification thing...and sorta curiousity to see what kinda mileage it gets while doing certain things. cruising freeway at 73mph was showing around 17.3...however what was real cool was going down a 6% grade with a 7300# trailer and it was showing like 98mpg...it was a really long grade and did not have to touch the go pedal for like 8 miles

RE: am i getting ****ty mileage?
i dont know everyone told me my milage would drop at least 1 mpg going to 35's i was getting 15-16 before now i get 17-18 with 21,000 miles and modified drews brew no synthetic oil yet, no muffler anda S&B cai.6 speed manual.... i try to stay around 65 mph roughly 1800-1900 rpm
im deff going for 37's maybe il finally get into the 20 mpg range.
