Same exact mileage that I'm getting in my 98.5. Somewhere in the mid 14's. Sucks .....

I've tried everything to help it out, next up I'm going to clean the AIT sensor and probably order an Edge EZ. Hopefully between the two I can get a couple of more mpg's.

Here's a link to the AIT sensor cleaning ...

Could this be your problem?

my last 3 fillups have been well over 600 miles, almost 650, as far as i know i have a 28 gallon tank on a 04 CTD? Because everytime i fill up even from dead empty it wont hold more than 26-27.5. Anyways, i'm about 50/50 as far as highway//city. However, even in the city i seem to do around 19.6-20.2 mpg. Why? I dunno. Only thing i've done is straight pipe, K&N system, and a few bottles of the Red Line Diesel Fuel Catalyst. Maybe i'm just lucky.

I average 400 miles on the ol 24 gal tank with a stock 93 12v runnin well over 334000 miles. it averages between 16 and 18 mpg. heavy foot, 16...lighter, 18 - 19...

had 21mpg when i 1st got it. drove like gramps out on sunday afternnon before i got used to the rig. now i tear it up! still bangin that 16 - 18 mpg.
