Nice Truck. My exhaust brake works great but I have nothing to compare it to.

The exhaust brake on the 6.7 is really the variable geometry turbo (VGT) strutting it's stuff. The turbo on your truck is capable of changing it's self to produce more boost at lower RPM's but it can also be used to create back pressure for slowing down. The exhaust brake for the 5.9 closes a butter fly valve in the exhaust to create the back pressure. Just 2 different ways to the same end. Since Cummins needed the VGT to help with emissions and such they took advantage of it for EB duty too. I would not mod your truck for a while until you're sure the emissions equipment is going to last. You wouldn't want to void your warranty. That stuff is major expensive.

like everyone said..i would go intake, exhaust, and edge...great stuff...also, if you wanted to level the truck, get the leveling kit and then go with a 33 or 35 on the stock wheels..... 35x12.50R17 fit under my truck fine

Ah nice, that's good information. I just wanted to know if it was the same or not. It works fine on my truck ( it should, it's brand new) I don't have any plans on doing any serious modifying. I know for sure i want to do a little beefier tire without having to lift it, and I know in the gas world an intake and exhaust along with a chip= crappy fuel mileage. So before i made plans to do that to this I wanted to make sure it wouldn't throw off the fuel mileage since that's one of the main reasons I went diesel. Not to mention Dodge Cummins are awesome.
