not taking any sides here but, I have to agree with dieselminded. Don't hate me Sharx, I did mention this to you before. And yes, I did ask for help with my resent TOTM at the garage but, that was only because Fords rule that site and I didn't have a chance.

IMO....It's not like you really get anything but a stuck out chest from winning any of these forum contest. I really don't think Shark or anyone else actually build their trucks to compete in a online contest. It should be based but not limited to some of the items dieselminded listed.I don't think you should have to do a photo essay but, more than pics and friends voting should be taken into consideration.It's too easy to have ringers and win.

I haven't even looked at the contest being mentioned and have only read what's been posted here. I can see it being odd for someone who has a complete stock truck to be in the running for a win but, they may have many more friends than the other person. This you can't help. What can be helped is how these contests are judged or ruled. It's also not fair to admins on other sites to have their server clogged up with registrations that have no plans to contributed to their forum other than helping someone win. We have to remember that most if not all moderators and/or admin are complete volunteers and do what they do for the good of the rest of us. We need to keep things fair.

well Sharx that's only because I've spent more money than you....[sm=icon_rofl.gif] really though... I don't think that would be the case. My truck is sweet but, you have a lot more friends here than I . Because of that, you would have the upper hand. I know you're very proud of your truck and you have all the right too. Wait till you hit the track though and you'll forget all about winning a TOTM.
