Damn, finally...geeze its about time, I would have gone crazy by now hehehe you better let us know what ya think of the motor. I might have a buyer for one of my kids and if I can find a second then I might buy a motor from them too
Yeah... It's been hell waiting. I've been spending time putting parts on my wifes truck that I took off mine. Take the jones away a little

What will help you to not have to sell one of the offspring would be, to not inspect the work but, to do it State or county pay just doesn't get it [:'(]

Yes... the event is in Terra Haute tho. Did you happen by Sheid's in Lafayette ?
I know of them. I work up at Purdue and hear them mentioned once in a while. Supposed to do some great work.

If you want a good spot for some good grub/beers when you pick up your truck, be sure to check this place out.

Nine Irish Brothers

Best place in the area, I think. I hit it about once a week for lunch

Well, I got the truck back Friday at 4:30pm. I drove it home 25 miles and hooked up to the camper and went to the lake. It runs smoother now and when I started it up Saturday morning it didn't smoke and cough and shake like it had been doing. The tech said he replaced #6 injector. Now it doesn't feel like it pulls as well as it did before. I know he removed the battery cables cause my clock had to be reset. I asked him not to flash thetruck so I don't think he did. Now the question is.... Did disconnecting the battery cause it to have to re-learn it's fueling strategy, or is this how my truck should feel? Is it possible that it was pulling better before with an injectort that was "leaking down" (read dumping extra fuel)?

Triton, no problem with the high jack. I'm glad to hear your getting your truck back Wed. We need to have a staging area at Commerce for all of us to meet up. Maybe Drew, canfind somewhere for us to meet?
