I got me an 07 with a 5.9 today and I put an air intake from true flow. Just the tube and foam filter in the stock air box. I forgot to conect the wire back that goes to the air box. I started the truck to move it and noticed the engine light was on. I hooked up the wire bit the lightr stayed on. How can I fix it?????

i think you can go to the dealer and get the trouble codes erased. wait till drew or jake jump in they should be more help then i am.

 

After a few starts, three I think, and the code doesn't happen again the light will go out. The computer will store the code, but the light will go out. You can take it to the dealer to get the code erased, but I'd go to Autozone or Advanced Auto and have them hook up the truck and do it. Its free and you don't have to deal with the stealership.
