Default Ford Commercial

Ok, 2 things here.

#1 I don't know where he has been putting it.
#2 I don't care how deep it goes.

I don't get it either.

I actually used to kinda like that guy's show, but ever since he starting doing those ford commercials I don't really watch them anymore.

I guess the only way to make it better would be to photochop a ***** in there instead of the bolt

I thought the TV commercial was so stupid. If comparing the size of a leaf spring boltis only thing you can think of to show why your truck is so much better than everyone else, then that is just plain sad. How many people have sheard a leaf spring bolt on a CTD??? If you use a high grade steel bolt, it doesn't have to be made bigger! I guess you could shear one if you put 10,000 lbs over the max limit in the bed. But is the bigger bolt going to help you? Something else will break if the bolt doesn't.

They tried this crap before a few years ago, showing how strong the bolt was that held the bed to the frame. They put one bolt in a chain and lited the whole truck off the ground. Oooooo! I was impressed. The bed sits on the frame you idiots! Maybe it was GM I can't remember.

Toyota had a similar commercial come out a while back on their new joke of a full size truck. This one showed the size of a trailer hitch and the size ofTHEIR trailer hitch. Duh, theirs was wider so that means that it must be better right? The width doesn't matter because it is welded to the frame of the truck you idiots! Again, how many people do you know that have lost a fatory welded class 5 trailer hitch (that wasn't overloaded)? Probably the same amount of people that have sheared a leaf spring bolt on a CTD.

Ford is just trying to reclaim the market share they lost when the 6.0 flopped, and people saw the light in either the Cummins or the Duramax.
