Nice work how ever I would be more impressed If the showed pics of the parts they made for the flathead insted of a toyotoy
1 the flathead has 3 exhaust ports per side not 4
2 the flathead intake ports are in the block not the head.
3 the stock cuin of the ford flathead is 239 and the mercury had a 1/4" longer stroke giving it a cuin of 255.
4 the last year of the flathead in the US was 53 not 54

Very cool. I'm just disappointed they are just making a piece of art. I want to see a running engine with Dyno numbers, even if they don't put it in a car.

I always loved the sound of a flat head engine. . .only thing that made it sweeter was adding a blower

NA just put 4 Strongburg 97s on top 11-1/2 to 1 Offenhauser heads and a good Engle cam also the merc crank and pistons and you will have a good moonshine motor.
