Default Lift Pump Wiring

OK. Vulcan kit is in. Aeromotive is in. Now I can't figure out the wiring. There are two wires off the LP wiring extension. I can't figure out if one is hot when the key is on and the other is the ground or if its one of those retarded Dodge both wires hot and when on the other turns to the ground when the accessory is on deal. I'm going to relay the pump in the AM. But I'm not sure if I might have blown a fuse (which I can't find). Any help or ideas are appreciated. Thanks guys.

Should be a hot wire and a ground wire. Relay and fuse are under the hood in the fuse box. You wont have constant power at the pump, just bump the starter and you should have power on the lift pump wire for about 20 sec.

Thanks Jake. It was late when I finally quit working on it and must not have been able to find a decent ground with my test light.
