Dual Pump Project Finalized
Here is a link to my dual pump project. It did not go as planned because I have run out of money and vacation time to fool with it for now.

holy fuel pumping man ! you went to town on your install. And I thought I spent a lot on what I did. You did a great job on it though and the write up.
edited...sorry I though you had a Cp3

Well it's gonna get better. I got the electronics to work on my fail safe circuit this afternoon. I am going to build a prototype board and order a fuel pressure switch. If the PSI of the main pump goes below 5 PSI, it will switch over to the backup pump.
The problem I had to solve was that when you started the truck, the PSI was always 0. And it switched over to the backup pump and stayed there. The main was never getting used. I built a delay that causes the main pump to fire for 10 seconds no matter what when you turn the key. I'm also going to put in an override switch that will let you put it in main pump or backup pump or "auto" mode.
