I have been tryin to protect myself with the same matter lately. changin utilities to my name so she cant shut em off. splittin the insurance policy from her and so on.

now shes being nice?!!?!?!??!

Heck, you might want to sign the title of your truck over to me so she can't get it in the divorce

in AZ, if the vehicle has just YOUR name on the title, then the spouse IS NOT ELLIGIBLE to have it in the event of a divorce.

my baja and my dodge are both in my name only just for that reason.

Different here in PA, you could've had it 10 years before you met her, got married and it was still only in your name, go to get divorced and she's all over it.
