ok, not that I'm trying to show off, it's just not every day you see your truck in a mag. For those that don't or won't have Diesel World....

Same here, I finally decided to get a subscription instead of buying it off the shelf.... I just ordered it last month... My first 2 issues were back issues from the previous 2months [:@]

WOW Triton thats awesome, thanks for the pics. I bet it is killer to have a 2 page write up on your truck. You should buy an extra copy and frame that shiznat.

Sweet dude, you made tthe big time! Now to keep this on topic (new rules you know). How muck air pressure were you running in the tires for this photo shoot? Did that help keep the EGT's down?

yeah..yeah, autographs are by appointment only :-) This thread is on topic... it's about a CTD truck

I was pegging 1500F close to the ends of the runs. Once OD kicks in, they start dropping rapidly. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to that kind of temp without the proper backup !

The temps ( strangely enough ) isn't the problem, it's the correct tuning. Finding that is turning out to be a problem. In talking to Bob @ Smarty though, there may be light at the end !!
