Do you guys that live in colder climates switch to PS in the white bottle in winter months or just rely on the petrolium companies to blend their fuel? Been a little nippy here the past couple of mornings, grid heater kicking in and all, just trying to plan ahead and have some on hand.

Yes, once it starts getting into the really cold months (end of December and such) I switch over to the white bottle. Really no need to worry about filter plugging and all that yet, straight #2 is just fine down below 10F. Look at the "Low temperature operability" section of this FAQ:

And, in the winter all the big stations switch to blended, especially since a truck that fills in Arkansas could be in Canada by the next day.

I don't trust a fuel station on running winter mix. In my opinion its easier to run a bottle of PS to make 100% sure that your fuel is ok instead of being somewhere and having your truck gel up. Its a pain in the a** when it does happen.
