Urgent Info Needed

I just stumbled across a set of 5 H2 wheels with BFG in fair shape for $300.
Before I spend my money assure me these will work on my truck 2003 quadcab lb no lift

I believe you need to have the center of the wheels milled out a little . past that they will fit. . .and look cool at that
