Default little problem

My check engine light comes on sometimes about 30 miles after I fill up. It has done it twice the first time it went off when I refilled with different desiel and the second time it went off the next mourning after I run 3/4 of a tank out. The truck runs fine but the mpg drop a little. I kinda think it is bad desiel what do yall think

Do the 07's have a separate water in fuel light? If not maybe try flushing?

I'd recommend taking it to the dealer to at least get the latest PCM software version. I had a CEL (my one and only). Took it in and they replaced the turbo!
