not a bad install... took about 2 hours with a couple of "huh? that doesnt look centered" do-overs...

looks good, and NEW! haha...after you clean it up, and can stay away from the dirt for a little while, you should spray paint the underbody gloss black...it would look SWEET with those red coils.
Very nice Steve05.... good to see another dirty truck....
on a side note... I didn't pull the AFE and return stock airbox like I said I was going to... last oil analysis came back 1.2% soot, 0.0% fuel, 0.0% glycol and wear metals like iron, chrome, lead, and others around 4 to 0ppm and thats with about 75k miles on mostly dirt roads, using the AFE CAI, so all the "nay" sayers, yacan stick it where the sun don't shine. I'm keepin my CAI!!!

yeah the bar looks outa place now. time to go break it in up in the mtns
couple of things I found... had to reset my steering (because of the tracbar)and then adjust the toe (not because of the tracbar). So I just did a DIY alignment
I was having a cupping issue on the inside of the pro comps that I think was related to the 1/2" lift the springs gave me. I recently had the tires rotated so I'll be able to see how this alignment thing goes. I dont mind experimenting on these tires since they have served me well and I have another set in the garage.
Just got back from the test drive... tracks pretty straight for being on the crappy back roads I took, ran nice & smooth too...

yes it is a Thuren bar... I had him powder coat it black at an extra cost. If you look at your front tires and still have the stock tracbar, you'll notice you have about 1" more tire on the drivers side than the passenger side. when I did the install I lay'd the bars side by side and measured out an extra 1/2" of lenght on the new bar... I figured that would be a good starting point (angle has to be considered in there as well). as it turns out it was pretty close. I think I could have moved the axle towards the passenger side a little more after doing the alignment.
As for the wifey getting mad... she doesnt get mad at me... or at least I never know about it.

well, I had a chance to put some hiway miles on it yesterday and the alignment seems to be pretty good... drives pretty straight and the steering feels better than it was. I will keep a close eye on the tires to see if there is any funny wear pattern.
I will also need to have the upper ball joints re-inspected... I was told they had some play in them.
