CO does them too, I registered my truck in MN this time around so I didn't have to do emissions any more, but last time it was 11 on the opacity. The first time I got it done I was a little worried because of the fueling mods even with the TST on 0.

 

Texas does them in heavily populated areas, like here in Houston, but back home in Lubbock its only a safety inspection.

 

I was just reviewing my emmisions test report. it seems that I am CAT exempt!!!


may be time for 4" straight pipe!!
