I put the Aero where the cat was and got rid of the muffler. It got annoying when towing b/c of the cab drone. I have since put the aero back where the stock muffler was and it helped a bunch. I called Aero and they said they sugested to install where the stock muffler was. I went with the louder 4040 instead of the XL.

yeah I was going to say they look like weights to weigh the front end down (better traction)

in sled pulling you want as much weight on the front axel as possable, and as little weight on the rear. when you start dragging the sled the rear of the truck will squat pulling the front end up. to get as much weight suitcase weights are used.

the guys new truck doesnt use these weights, however he's got the batteries and fuel tank up front. the engine in that truck made around 850hp, the new bigbaddiesel makes somewhere in the neighborhood of 1700-1800hp out of the same 12 valve ISB
