get a triple axle trailer and add another 2 or 3 cars...and it will still pull well!

My uncle and I pull a 7,000 pound man lift on a 2,500 pound trailer with his '96 1500

But seriously, just wait until you start packing on the pounds, 5 grand is just a slight inconvenience for that truck

As long as you have a balanced load it'll pull anything quite well. I pull in the neighborhood of 12-15k with mine atleast once a week without any problems. Just gotta accelerate slowly, but pulls like a dream!

About a month ago I passed a 2500 towing a huge 5th wheel with 5 cars on it. He musta had some added springs or bags as the rear end wasn't sagging, but he was tooling down the road at 65MPH. I took to the opportunity to point out to the wife that that's why I have my CTD...I could do that if I need to! She of course responded with something along the lines of "I doubt you're ever gonna own that many cars at once..."

Women...sheesh...
