I pulled a few tranny's growing up no big deal coming out, now getting back in you needed help.

But you talk about strain, I took the tranny out of a f250 gas at work to change the clutch, I found out a 250 is a hell of a lot heaver than a 150, anywho I got it back and found I was holding more weight than I wanted to hold and it was coming down fast towards my face, I had justenough to push it to the side as the shaft glazed my nose hard enough for me to taste it.

I learned my lesson, if it says 250 or bigger get some one else to do it or borrow a good jack to do it
