My fender rubbed a hole in the lower right boot that comes out of the intercooler.
I'm going to order the complete set of boots out of GENOS but i was wondering
what i could put on the boot until i get the new ones in

There really is no way around it. The boots don't patch very well, If you had to, I'd say some duct tape or some of that aluminum tape to get you by for a day.

Try the intake boots for intakeboots.com. They will sell you a whole kit for $154. A lot cheaper than the BD boots from Genos. I just replaced all 4 of mine about 3 weeks ago and they work great.
