Well it is now taking alot of self control not to just go install it, but between the schedule and the fact I would really like to do the tranny before I put it in, it is killin me. I think my wife is getting irritated too, I keep asking her why she keeps paying the bills, I got a transmission to buy!

Worst case I hope to have it done before Xmas...I know that is a long time to wait, but it will be lots funner when I dont have to worry about breaking stuff!

just go ahead and install it. . .you can run it up to 5 a few times and not have to worry

 

I am running everything I have on my truck on a stock tranny..its hardly slips....and i run the hell out of it one 5 all the time because im building it when ever it falls out...lol

 

All that power just sitting in a box collecting dust[sm=badidea.gif].....should be illegal.

It only took me and my buddy about 2 hours to put mine in. Of course then we spent 3 or 4 hours playing with it and [sm=gears.gif]burning rubber.

 

i believe i had 50% on my stock tires...by then end of the say..they where blown off
