Default front end noise

I got a 2001 2500 2wd and I have this front end nosie that I can't figure out what it is. I thought it was the upper ball joint cause it was loose but it still makes the same nosie after I got it changed. It just makes a nosie, it makes like a knocking nosie when I hit bumps, I have replaced the hub a couple months ago.

My truck just started doing the same thing. Also does it on a hard stop with a trailer. It makes a thud noise in the front end. If anyone has any ideas, please chime in.

Did you guys ever track down your problem? I'm experiencing something similar and would appreciate any clues...

Good to hear... I've got a new set of Bilsteins ready to install and I'm hoping my problem is the same as yours.
