Steve, have you done a job with a lot of travel before? If not think on it long and hard! In the job I have now I was traveling a lot, out 2-3 nights a week in the first 4 years. At first it was kinda cool and fun, but it got old real quick! Just some food for thought.

easier said than done... the refi market here is really competitive.

the other thing to is the work this company has to offer is extremly proffesionally satisfying to me... I love to do the test engineering work.
I work in the Mortgage collection field and refi is damn near impossible right now unless you have a boat load of equity or a perfect payment history and great credit. It is even harder trying to buy a home with nothing down.

yeah it is tough on new buyers, owners however who purchased 2003~2004 are ok in this area... they still have plenty of head room to do a refi (assuming they havent already refied)

Or hit a 60 day mark in the past 12 months. a rolling 30 they can survive but don't let that 60 come into effect.

GOOD - It's about time !!!

I totally blame the banks for the mess they're in to begin with. Back in the day you had to PROVE your credit worthiness little by little starting with a gas card and working your way up. Once you could prove that you could pay your bills, they'd up your limit. That way nobody got out of control and everything stayed in check

Fast forward to today - Today almost as soon as your born you're instantly approved for 10K in credit. Skip a couple of payments, and they just raise your interest rate, but they won't cut you off. I've seen it everywhere "Bad credit - No credit - No problem".

WHAT ?!?!?!?

When I was in 3rd grade I learned pretty quick that if i lent Tony 50 cents and he didn't pay me back not to lend Tony any more money. It's common sense !! Tony's never gonna pay me back, so why should I / WOULD I lend him more money ??

Unfortunately thanks to the banks stupidity we'll all as usual hafta pay ...
