cheap way to increase boost on 2001 cummins?

Everyone else can use a boost elbow.... what can i do to increase boost on a stock turbo?

Are you not able to on an 01? If not, I think you can geta different waste gate to accomplish the same thing.

I don't know really anything about them other than that they exist. I would research it a little more to understand what the side effects might be.

I was able to swap the elbow on my 98.5. Are you sure you can't do the same thing?

I dont think you can do it on trucks with a metal boost line only the rubber ones

01 automatics have a different type of boost modifier than the elbow, they're hard to find but look on ebay they are about $56 new.
