Exhaust brake............................................. ............................yes, I have a Pacbrake and use it full time, as frogger mentioned, it saves the brakes. When towing the 5'ver, it really made a difference in the mountains.

Now that we're back on topic, I have the Jacobs and use it 24/7 and yes it saves on brakes.
