so I finally came around to the money. My buddy who owns a tranny shop is going to completely REBUILD my STOCK tranny with bigger and better parts that will last ALOT longer..he says...

here is all of what I know he is doing..and know that there are some more things I missed:

VBX Valve Body

Triple Disc Converter

Red Line Race Clutch

(some name i forget) Bands

and a Deep Pan

I know there is more but I forget the rest...lol

He is doing it all for the price of $2,100 - no more then $2,200!

Sounded like a GREAT price to me, hearing what some of the other prices where!

Any ideas of what I should look for? and what are your thoughts of putting a lock up swtich?

I priced a tranny rebuild about 2200 for my auto. I need to get the money and come visit you one of these days.
