Check Ebay, quite a few there, but beware of the cheap fakes. A real train horn is going to run you quite a few hundred or thousands of dollars.

I love my train horns. Got them off ebay for $275.00 and installed them myself, they only came with a 3 liter tank though so I get about 45 sec. to 1 min off sound outta them before the tank has to fill up again. As far as law enforcement goes you are allowed to use them in cases where you need to like someone pulling out in front of you. Down here in Ft. Meyers, Florida at my college though they made a newrule against them because my roomate and I woke to many people up in the dorms at like 1 in the morning last year.

45 sec to a minute ... who stands on the horn longer than that anyway?

Do you still have the info available as far as where you got it? I hate ebay, I don't trust it at all.

Does it sound just like funnermfr's clip?

His is a little deeper of a sound than mine because he has 4 horns compared to my 3 and he has a 3 gallon tank compared to my 3 liter tank. The set up he has is about $500 I believe. I don't have the paperwork from when I got it sorry.

My wife just bought me a set for my truck for my birthday...made by Wolo...the Cannon Ball Express....three horns connected rated at 152 decibels. She also got the compressor and air tank to go along with them...5.5L air tank and compressor....shoudl be installed this weekend...only down side to these is there is no way that I've found to hide them...only way I've foundthat might work is to place them on theinside of the drivers' side frame rail facing the rear so that the trumpets are right in front of thefuel tank....and I'd rather have them facing forward...I will post pictures of the install.

Also she ordered them from a company inNJ called Flora Wrecker Sales or Flora Public Safety equipment....they have a web page and the whole set up I'm pretty sure was under$500.

Even have an audio clip on the webpage...
