ORIGINAL: Twoforme2

Do your research well, and get it checked out before you buy it,
That's kinda what I'm trying to do here. It's kinda tuff though. It's not like your choosing between Ford, Dodge or Chevy. There are MILLIONS or different trailers out there !!

yes there is...too many to research all of them, but I damn sure tried when I was looking. I think the main thing to do is target the price level you are looking for and go that way, don't try to look at everything.

I was doing it again I would go buy that $78 CD with all the rv reviews on it, of course it may not be as much help when looking for a used trailer, HOWEVER I believe they get into the customer service of the companies and such as well...probably 80 bucks very well spent, at least that is what many on the forums believe.

BTW I am headed to the LA Basin Monday to go get my trailer...it is DONE---WOOHOO!!!!!
Wanna buy it?

If you're sellin it for 7K I'll consider it.

I told the guy with the aluminum Coachman that I'd come to look at it next Saturday. If I like it and it looks good and everything works, should I pull the trigger? I mean, do trailers have thier problems in the first few years and then that's it, or do the problems pop up later? I'm thinking if nothing has happened in the first few years of it's life, it's fine.

Right ??

Nope, trailers are like boats...there is ALWAYS something that needs attention. It goes with the territory.
