What gauge/accessory goes below right vent of radio/heater cluster

What gauge/accessory goes below right vent of radio/heater cluster
i was changing heater control bulbs in my 2004.5 dodge 2500 and noticed a 4 wire plug going to a plastic plug below the passenger side air vent. what accessory goes there and could i goto autowrecker and plug and play something in there?
