I left the house Friday around 1030 and was in Hamptonville...took exit 267 off of 421 and was back up on some back roads around 1250...If I remember correctly Boone was like another 60miles....don't quote me on that though...so I'd say probably 3 1/2, 4 hours maybe...all depends on traffic on I-40 and when you're headed through...

yea im thinkin about it. i grew up at app. ive been to at least one of their football games every year of my life. (went to the homecoming a few weekends ago). right now i go to a senior military college to commission into the Army. so if i transfer to App id be in the ROTC program. itd be ok but it would not be as good as the training i get here. but its a lot closer to home, and i have lots of friends there. its a lot to decide. so your goin there next year as a freshman?
