Jake - I tried sterno last year. It's kinda a whimpy little blue flame. Not enought to light a pumpkin at all. I'm looking for FIIIII-YA !!!

Incredible carving skills. Love the pumpkins and the hangman is great. Going to have to use your ideas next year. You should be able to use diesel. Kerosene, diesel and Jet-A are very similiar in their properties and in some applications are interchangeable. Diesel just has more lubricating properties.
