I figured this would be the first place to ask this question. I just recently bought a set of 2007 factory stock rims on ebay and to my surprise the center cover doesn't fit. It slides on the lugnuts so far and stops, but never seats itself down all the way. I am assuming that the lugs have changed with the different models. Did the studs change too? Any help would be greatly welcome.

I swapped 2006 polished aluminum rims for the chrome clad crap that came on my 2007. AFAIK they are fully interchangeable. What are you using from the 2003, the caps and lugs? If your using the lugs that came with the 2007 wheels, make sure they are actually Dodge lug nuts. Who knows what the eBay seller did.
