Anyone know if its worth $180 including shipping for http://www.xtremediesel.com/index.as...&ProdID=85. I don't have alot of money right now and figured it'd be cheap for now and always put it on our other 01 when I get something better.

you can. . .however they are both pressure boxes for your truck Nick. that would be very hard on your injectors.

 

Well, I went ahead and bought it and will prob stick it on our dually when I get settled in with Edge or may never if all works well and make the money I dream of.

Well, I thought about it and if it does what it says on the 2-3 mpg better and I already make around 17-18. And the way Diesel is going maybe that 20-21 will be worth the 180 I paid for it. and it always has another home if I get better.

 

you are going to have to fill us (mainly me) in on how you like that because for that price if it gets better than the 1-1.5 that i get w/ the xzt its worth a try and if i like it i can sell my xzt. the only thing is i LOVE the low end that my little quad box puts out but then again i have nothing to compare to[:-]

 

my buddy has one that he says adds 60hp off his 01 for $150!

 

The deal said it puts power out high and low, but I'll find out in two days when I get it. And I hope I can put out a little smoke. I can stock if I romp on it, but the campus I live on is I'd say about 30% diesel trucks and out of that 70% are Cummins 10% are Dirtymaxes and 20% are Ferds. I'm suprised there isnt that much trash talk though. We are kinda a big happy family[8D] But its all fun.
